The staff, especially Javier, were very friendly and helpful, the food was excellent, and the bread was outstanding. However, the seating on the terrace is very uncomfortable because the tables are low and the chairs are too wide, taking up too much space. The bathroom is lovely, but the window behind the tub is pointless, especially since there is glass behind the head in the bed. The wooden shelf below is awkward because you can’t lean your head against the back wall. The shower door opens in the wrong direction. The building is old and needs renovation; the stair treads are broken and the floor looks worn. I didn’t appreciate being told at check‑in that I’d have to pay €30 for parking – either raise the room rates or inform guests up front.

A true dream! From the first moment we felt at home and well taken care of. The airy alpine design, outstanding service, fantastic food, and a very pleasant crowd made it perfect. Kids and dogs are also warmly welcomed. We’ll definitely return.

Excellent dining, attentive and friendly staff, appealing atmosphere, lovely grounds, and an e‑shop. I’d come back again. The only downside was the lack of complimentary water in the room and the inability to use the wellness facilities on the day of departure after checkout.
