The stay was pleasant with impeccable reception and a clean room in a quiet, well‑located spot, yet the terrace was littered with fallen mangoes and the Wi‑Fi issues made Netflix and TV impossible to use; the price difference between Booking and the hotel’s own site could be improved, though it didn’t ruin our visit.

The TV was broken and didn’t have YouTube, which was a real let‑down.

The location, terrace, and the receptionist’s friendliness were great, and they offered herbal tea on demand, but the price gap between the booking site and the hotel’s website was noticeable, the room was small, and the bathroom opened onto the room with a bare ceiling.
