When we arrived an hour before check‑in, nobody was present to open the gate, and there was no sign indicating that this was the home elegant studio; later a man approached the gate, was very rude, and told us to come back after 12 pm—no hospitality at all. I would not recommend this place.

There was only one staff member, and in other rooms there were drunken Goan people; it felt like a risky environment where anything could happen. The staff who looked after the apartment called random people, made jokes, offered drinks and smoked—very unsafe for women. The rates are cheap, but I would never go there again because of the danger. Be careful; I had a nightmarish experience.

“Charm and Comfort”

The property was nice and clean, and the staff were very friendly; the stay was superb, the room was neat and clean, and it really offered good value for money.

“You should try once”

It was a great place to stay—clean, well‑located, and the customer service was excellent. Check‑in was easy, and the elderly gentleman at the counter was very sweet. Highly recommended; overall, it was a perfect stay.
