I had a wonderful stay here! The staff were courteous, polite and helpful from check‑in to check‑out, and the hotel was clean with a comfortable room; good value for money and I’d stay again.

It’s close to many main attractions in Shah Alam and the event venue I was attending, but there’s a particular smell in the air, the throw pillows have a terrible sweat odor indicating they’re not washed properly, and the first room I was about to be placed in was humid and moldy.

The lounge was a comfy spot to relax, but the pillow they provided was too firm for me; a memory‑foam option would have been better.
