Good location, close to the metro. Walking to the center takes about 25‑30 minutes. You can return by metro. Nearby are small shops, Auchan and Pingo Doce. Check‑in at the adjacent hotel. The service was very pleasant. The common areas, kettle, microwave, and patio are available. The value for money is very good. There is no elevator.

Close to the center, a quiet spot, small but clean room, large bathroom, welcoming and helpful reception. At night, returning by metro from Piazza Marquez (300 m) needs attention, especially if alone; the street feels lonely.
