The room was clean, and they supplied extra towels and wash rags without me asking. However, it smelled of mildew and the bed was very uncomfortable, plus there was no dresser.

The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were nice, and it’s close to food and stores. The only issue was the lack of shampoo, which I had to purchase from the vending machine.

I liked how clean the room was, but it was very basic and hardly had anything. Getting through to the front desk was a nightmare; the only option was the automated system that just kept looping me back. The sheets, blanket, and comforter all had cigarette holes, even though it was a non‑smoking room.
