The staff were very accommodating. The wall smelled like something rotten and it seemed like the whole room had a stale smell when you entered, even the AC was awful – it was so bad we had to use a wet cloth and the CR! 😒😑 And there were a lot of bugs 😒😑😑🥹 I got bitten a lot.

I’m not happy with my overall experience; the place was dirty and hard to locate, and when I left the property I found human waste on the sidewalk.

They should clean the toilet on the third floor every day and dust under the bed more thoroughly; the toilet wasn’t cleaned.

The location is very convenient in the city centre, close to the MRT; the staff are friendly and the price is cheap. However, there are too few personal items and room amenities, and there are cockroaches.
