Quiet room and comfortable bed. Room faced parking lot. Breakfast was super. Furnishings a little dated and bathroom awkward due to small size. Staff was ok, didn’t provide any more bottles of water after 1st day even when asked. Hotel doesn’t have a small store onsite to buy water or snacks and closest shop is 20 min walk

The location is convenient and offers a wonderful view. Private parking is free on the hotel grounds. The hotel seems to cater mainly to older guests, which was noticeable during our stay, as it didn’t seem to be a popular choice among younger travellers. We were disappointed by the poor maintenance of the outdoor pool areas. Perhaps the season was ending for the Portuguese, but the weather was still warm enough for many European visitors to enjoy the pools. We specifically chose this hotel because of its children’s pool area, but unfortunately, we found it messy and full of rubbish. During our stay, the children’s water slides had been removed from the pool, and around 80% of the sun loungers had also been taken away. This was a major disappointment, especially considering that the pool facilities were one of the main reasons we booked this hotel. The outdoor children’s swings also need to be inspected, as several metal screws were protruding from the wooden structure, making them look unsafe for children. Another disappointing detail was having to pay extra for disposable swimming caps to use the indoor spa pool. When you are already paying €200 per night, charging extra for such a basic requirement feels unreasonable.

Very nice hotel with an excellent location right by the ocean. I loved listening to the waves and watching the surfers in the morning. The breakfast was also very good. I had a wonderful stay

The location is superb—nothing better! We were three adults in one room and it was very small, the extra bed was very short, and overall it was just too expensive.

The location was fantastic and the common areas felt grand, but the hotel was understaffed for its size, which slightly ruined the experience, and everything seemed a bit dated for the price we paid.
