The hotel sits close to shopping centers and is suitable for upscale families, though the furniture feels a bit dated; I think the key is that the pieces are elegant and well-made, giving the place a classic vibe. The staff were very helpful, especially Mr. Dany, who arranged our rooms, breakfast, and even upgraded us even though the booking didn’t include breakfast. He’s a respectful, very attentive host for Arab guests, and overall the stay was excellent. The only downside was the pillow, which was uncomfortable, and the bedding could use a refresh.

The staff went above and beyond to cater to us. The only issue was that the family room was too small.
