The Mexican restaurant’s food was very good.

The hotel is very pretty, has excellent spaces, is far from the city which lets you rest more, the rooms are renovated and comfortable, the shower is good, and the food is great, but the check‑in process was extremely slow—arriving Sunday at 2 pm I waited over 30 minutes with a front‑desk executive, the hotel’s tiny shop inside was very expensive, and there was no other option to buy anything until 15 minutes away.

I liked the pool because it was warm, but the poolside waiter service was very slow and nobody seemed willing to help; in the room, towels and personal hygiene items were not fully provided.

The place, facilities, and food were excellent. The staff were friendly but not warm; for comparison, the staff at Fiesta Americana in Xochitepec offer extraordinary service.
