“Good value for the money.”

The value for money was good; I just wanted suitable overnight accommodations for myself, my spouse, and our dog, and the room was clean and well appointed. The vending machines, however, should accept credit cards.

“Location and staff really stand out”

The location was perfect and the staff were extremely courteous, helpful, and kind, always eager to fix any issue. One night a mix‑up happened: another guest checking in was mistakenly given our key and walked into our room while we were watching TV; we later realized they were meant for the next door room. It was an easy fix, but it startled us. Also, when we checked in we found that a previous guest had left fast‑food containers behind the bed, which housekeeping missed during cleaning.

They advertised “pet friendly,” yet there was no place for the dog to relieve herself. Concrete covered everything; we were told we could go across the street (to someone else’s property) or to a dog park a block away. I was supposed to drive into an unlit dog park at midnight or cross a street lit only by a streetlight. Daytime was fine, but after dark it was impossible. I’ve never encountered this issue in all my travels.
