The staff are friendly, the place is pretty, and although there's no elevator, they help with luggage and can bring food to the room. It’s clean, has liquid soap dispensers, and air conditioning—overall very good. One night, a street noise was heard in my room for about 10 minutes, but it was external to the hotel and could be managed.

I didn't find anything too basic, everything was fine, but the rooms were small and very plain.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was comfortable with good bedding, but the room facing the avenue was noisy even with the windows closed.
