The spot is great, the breakfast is decent and the price is fair, but the room feels a little worn and the bathroom fan is noisy.

Good breakfast. Very friendly staff. Near Festival Theatre.

The staff were friendly and handled a specific issue with empathy, yet the heating and overall airing of the bedding and towels didn't match the climate conditions.

The place works exactly as I needed it to, though there’s a noticeable step between the bedroom and the toilet.
