I liked the location and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was also extremely affordable given its proximity to downtown, so it’s a great spot for budget travelers. The elevator is unreliable; sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t, and since the hotel is on the 4th floor, people who can’t climb stairs have to wait.

The location and staff are good, but the equipment, bedding, and bathroom are just barely acceptable.
