The comfort at this hotel is great! The décor is very well thought out. However, I can’t say everything was perfect; at lunch I ordered a cazuela at the restaurant, it was extremely salty, I told the waiter and he offered a coffee of apology instead of replacing the dish, which I left. The side dishes were also bad – the rice was damaged and the food was old. I think they should improve their kitchen; it really spoils the stay experience.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet was large, and I liked the gym and pool.

The gym has good machines. The rooms are small, the bathroom is standard for a 5‑star hotel, and the lobby is tiny and offers nothing that justifies the price you pay. I will never use this hotel in Medellín again.

The breakfast felt quite ordinary; the bakery items clearly seemed old and stored from previous days, and the restaurant service was also subpar. They don't offer afternoon room service like closing curtains, arranging the bed, or leaving slippers ready, which is what 5‑star hotels normally provide.
