The staff refused to give me an invoice when I asked, saying they would issue one later, which felt unsafe for women, and there was no customer support at all.

There was nothing positive; the stay was very, very bad. The room wasn’t clean and the bedsheets hadn’t been washed; nothing was maintained properly. I ended up paying double for this. I booked to pay at the property, but OYO asked for payment with a discount. After I paid OYO online, the property receptionist claimed they hadn’t received it. I showed him the bank deduction proof, but he didn’t accept it. So I paid again to the property via PhonePe. Both payments went to OYO, yet they refused to refund anything.
