The room was clean, spacious, had a fridge with free drinks, and a balcony for a smoker like me—everything else was fine. The lobby felt half a residential building, half a hotel, and the seating on the balcony was odd.

Breakfast was okay, but the bathroom lacked towel hooks and could have been cleaned better; the hotel’s surroundings were not very inviting.

The room was spacious enough for two people and came with a nice large balcony; the furnishings were modern and matched the photos, the bed was comfortable with a mattress that was a bit softer than hard, and there was an elevator. The staff were friendly, and the bakery, Rewe, dm, pharmacy, and Aldi were right next door; the city centre was only a 7‑minute drive away and shopping was great. I would come back, but the place needs better tidiness. On arrival the staff were not ready for us and it took a long time to hand over the key and bill. Cleanliness needs improvement: the floor had spots, the sheets had moths, the toilet had orange stains at the flush, soap was low, curtains were torn from the hooks, and the guest parking fees were higher than the city parking lot. These are small issues, but they affect the comfort. Otherwise everything was fine.

The rooms matched the photos – tidy, clean, and pleasant. The surroundings felt a little odd, but there was nothing to complain about at the hotel itself.
