The staff are enthusiastic and helpful, the hotel is clearly undergoing a careful modernization, it looks promising, and the spa package is included.

The central location is great, the reception greeting was very friendly, but the attic room was quite small, though the price was still reasonable.

The room was very nice, clean, with a beautiful bathroom; I arrived very late at night and had no trouble getting my room key from the automatic machine. I sleep with the window open and woke up in the morning to the church bells apparently ringing in my room—nothing you can do about that, but a heads‑up would be nice, maybe a sign on the window? One of the towels had some makeup residue or something; that happens, I'm not sensitive, just a note.
