The shower in the bathroom was low‑mounted; I had to bend down, almost kneel, to reach it, and the water leaked under the curtain, leaving about an inch of standing water on the floor and hallway.

I booked a room for my son and his girlfriend who were traveling out of state for critical medical reasons, but they never stayed because the front desk staff behaved in an unprofessional and stressful way. The man at the desk pretended he couldn’t find the booking, even after they showed him multiple confirmation emails, texts, and receipts proving the room was fully paid; he insisted they hadn’t paid and demanded payment again, implying an attempt to take more money. He even grabbed my son’s phone from his hands while they were showing the digital confirmations, which was ridiculous and unacceptable. Because of this horrible experience, the booking company issued a full refund. Avoid this place; the front desk staff cannot be trusted when reliability and peace of mind are needed.

“Frauded out of nearly $300”

The hotel asked for a credit card deposit at check‑in, then charged me for a second room even though I had already paid in advance for one room. Two weeks later I still haven’t received my refund, and the reception insists I booked a second room despite my booking account clearly showing only one room. The customer service is very unprofessional and I will pursue a fraud claim.
