The pool was great, but the chair was broken.

The restaurant across the street and the pool were nice, yet the chair was broken and the dresser drawer kept opening unbalanced.

The hotel’s proximity to the beach was a plus, but the room still carried a strong cigarette smell even though it was marked non‑smoking, and the carpet looked like it needed replacement. I can’t believe I paid over $330 per night for that.
