The place is in a fantastic spot, the staff are lovely and friendly, snorkeling is great and the beaches are nice. The room can get a bit warm during the day because there’s no air‑con; at night fans worked well. Food and drinks are a bit pricey unless you’re on a meal plan.

The staff were great and the location was lovely, but the lack of air‑conditioning was the only issue. The location and staff were also mentioned as negatives.

The room was spacious, but the steps to the rooms would be difficult for older or less mobile guests. I didn’t appreciate having to sign for everything, even meals, and the all‑inclusive label was misleading because some items had extra charges that weren’t always highlighted.

The spot is perfect, and everyone on staff was absolutely sweet; the lemongrass‑scented towels were a highlight. Still, it felt pricey for what it offered, and the local community’s bad reputation left me disappointed.

The location, the people, the snorkeling, and the food were all fantastic! The room’s ventilation could use improvement—one floor fan was a hassle to move around, while the ceiling fans worked well; given the price, better floor fans would be a welcome upgrade.
