The staff were friendly and attentive, which was the highlight of my stay. Unfortunately the bathroom and the mattress had a metal bar sticking out, making both uncomfortable. Overall, decent service but the room fixtures need fixing.

The location couldn't be better and the price was reasonable, which made it a convenient base for exploring. The only drawback was that the hot water never actually got warm, so showers were lukewarm at best. A solid choice if you can tolerate the tepid water.

The suite itself was amusing and comfortable enough to enjoy, but everything else fell short. The tea they served was practically water—weak and watery. I left feeling that the suite was the only redeeming part.

The lady handling the chat was courteous and tried to be helpful, and breakfast was pleasant even though it wasn't clear if it was included. However, booking for New Year's Eve was a nightmare: slow replies, an upfront demand for two nights' payment, and a non‑refundable policy that left us stuck when my dad fell ill. When we finally got to the room it was dirty, with muddy shoes left inside and stained towels that were supposed to be white.

I liked the fact that the hotel is just a short walk from downtown and offers a spacious parking lot. On the downside, the mattress showed signs of wear and the bathroom was missing a basic soap, which made the room feel a bit rundown. Good location, but the room needs some updating.
