The place was very pretty, quiet, surrounded by trees and nature. The staff were very friendly and attentive to any need or request we had. I imagined it to be much larger than it actually was, but it had everything needed to make the stay pleasant.

I was thrilled with the service from everyone there—Graciela, Ana, Jesús, and Andrés—who were all so attentive, and the food was delicious. The room was spotless and the hotel itself was gorgeous. I scheduled a relaxing massage, which was also excellent and on time, and the Wi‑Fi service was phenomenal! The only downside was that there was no pool; there is a beautiful natural one nearby, but I didn't feel like going in. It would also be great if they offered on‑site parking.

The place is very pretty and perfect for a relaxing few days. It has various dining and lounging areas, the gardens are well kept, and the bio‑pool is refreshing. We brought our dog and everything worked out great for him too. The staff were very attentive. On one hot day, the room got very warm around noon with little ventilation, and the food quality wasn’t as good as usual.
