The front desk and restaurant staff were attentive and friendly, but the hotel needs a complete upgrade. The room was sparse, lacking hooks or towel bars. Towels were threadbare, pillows were flat and stale, and everything felt very dated, worn, poorly maintained, and dirty.

The beds were very comfortable and the setting was nice, but there was no way to buy breakfast—felt a bit like a fancy motel.

The location was great and I liked the amenities, plus the bar and restaurant were solid. The room I stayed in smelled like old cigarettes, masked with a spray, and my clothes picked up that odor afterward.

訪問するXXの近郊だつた, これだけです。. 部屋の床が歩くとギシギシと軋み音がでる部屋で上の階も同じ状況のようで歩くと天井から軋み音がした。 朝に朝食会場を聞きにレセプションにいきましたがオープンは週末のみのサービスといわれました。 bookig,com予約時に朝食付きという事でこの宿を選択したと伝えたが、冷たくサードパーテイでありbooking.comへ直接クレむーせよ、我々は知らぬという対応だつた。森の中にぽつんと有る宿でしたが朝食付きとの事でこの宿を選んだが、朝食無という事であれば選択肢は別にありました。 近隣のスタバまで約５マイルと朝からばたばたする事となつた。
