I asked for a higher floor, booked over a month ahead, yet I was assigned the lowest floor at 4:45 pm; only the fruit on the buffet was good, the sunny‑side egg I ordered was warm but everything else was cold, so I didn’t return for breakfast the next day; the shower in my room was broken and needed fixing the next morning.
