The spot was spot-on, staff were friendly, the ale and food were solid, and for the price it delivered top quality.

The rooms were solid for a couple of nights, with a comfy bed, a hot, powerful shower, and coffee, tea, biscuits in the minibar. The property itself was fine, but the bathroom lacked hand soap, a hand towel, and a bin.
