The villa’s layout/architecture is excellent, with three floors, large and comfortable. It has five rooms and provides an extra bed for free. There are three family lounge areas for relaxed conversation. The garden is lovely. Overall, it’s suitable for a group or large family to rest comfortably. The only downside is the lack of sports facilities inside the villa, forcing us to leave. The Wi‑Fi is slow and sometimes unusable. The toilet on floor 2 has minor damage.

The house is spacious, with more rooms and beds available. They also provide easy‑to‑use and clean grilling equipment. A private tennis court is available. The owner greeted us personally. The karaoke system is outdated 😂 and there is no swimming pool.

I was struck by the cozy vibe and the welcoming staff at the villa. The place was clean, well‑maintained, and security was solid. Kitchen and dining gear were fully stocked. Every morning I could wake up to fresh air and hit the tennis or ping‑pong courts, or just stroll around the quiet, cool residential area. Parking fits about 3–4 cars; if you need more, you can park outside the villa, though there’s a security gate that only opens with a remote. I’d recommend this spot for groups of 10 to 25 people—definitely a blast! The only downside was the lack of AC 😆 Even though Lembang is usually cool, certain nights get warm and humid, which makes allergy sufferers itch.

The property itself was solid with good rooms and facilities. The breakfast, however, was underwhelming because they only served bread and butter. Other than that, everything else was fine.
