It didn’t feel like good value for money. The breakfast could have offered more options.

“It was good. Best location for anyone visting companies in Electronic City for Business meetings.”

Breakfast was good and the staff were courteous. The location is nice for a visitor to Electronics City for business meetings. I experienced a 5‑minute water stoppage; the bathroom plumbing could be replaced or at least cleaned.

The only bright spot was the lady at reception, who was super attentive, quick to respond, and genuinely tried her best to help us. She was the real saving grace for the hotel and deserves a raise for handling everything professionally despite the chaos. On the downside, the pillows in the rooms were unclean and smelled awful. We had booked and paid for two Deluxe Rooms, but because of their condition we had to switch them. The staff’s behavior was completely unprofessional, with a clear lack of coordination and people running around aimlessly. To top it off, when we got there around 2:00 AM, the lobby staff member was asleep. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that hygiene, staff training, and guest service standards are improved.
