The place is very pretty and comfortable, and Marisol gave excellent service; she was understanding when I arrived early for check‑in, and I’ll definitely stay there again.

From the moment we walked in until we left, the whole experience was solid. Marisol was by far the most helpful person I've ever met at a hotel—she answered every question and handled every request, even after we checked out. The room was immaculate and the bed was comfortable, and the location is ideal, right at the start of the touristy pier.
