The receptionists were always on hand, and the rest of the team was consistently eager to help, a clear improvement over the Premier Inn in Hull Centre; I booked again and again.

The location is great with easy access to the train station, city centre, concert hall, and riverbank. It sits right on the street but was still very quiet at night. The rooms are functional and adequately sized.

There was nothing to praise. The room felt like a cave, the toilet basin was blocked, the carpet wasn’t cleaned, and the room had a bad odor. Breakfast was lackluster.
