A perfect hotel for a few days in central Madrid.

The staff were so helpful and friendly!. The bathroom layout. After taking a shower, the floor would be wet to access the toilet or sink. Air conditioning could be better
The location has a lot of potential to become a good hotel. The cleanliness was disappointing; the sink was very dirty and, to make matters worse, we found a lot of hair from the previous guest, which was quite unpleasant and gave a sense of neglect. The air conditioning didn't work properly: it didn't cool the room and made a lot of noise, so resting was difficult. Also, the room looked nothing like the photos in the ads. We expected something similar to what was shown, but reality was quite different. The positive was the café: very good, both the service and the experience. It's a shame the room condition didn't match. Overall, they should pay much more attention to cleaning, maintenance, and ensuring rooms match the promotional photos.

The location is excellent. The breakfast really isn't a breakfast but a snack for any time, but it's fine. I was pleasantly surprised that a small pastry was left on my door every day. Everything was very clean. I recommend it. It seems a bit pricey for what it is. I've stayed at other similar places in the same area that were cheaper.
