The professionalism was lacking. The room was prepared with a lot of neglect: the sheets were lifted and hair was visible on them, and the toilet bowl had stains. If you’re traveling with luggage, don’t expect help from the staff; you’ll have to push them to assist.

The hotel is fairly new, with a comfortable bed, good furniture, and decent plumbing. The description of a standard room promised a bathtub, but I only got a shower and no windows. It’s tolerable for a single night or short stay, but for two days or more it feels like a bunker.
