We liked the beach and the service. We did not like the food: breakfast was very mediocre and dinner was really bad and tasteless. Outside the hotel there is nothing to do, everything is far and you have to travel. The hotel is old and has bathtubs instead of showers, which is dangerous for older people.

Our child absolutely loved the Kids Club with Ms. Elizabeth; he keeps talking about it and wants to come back, and the fact that she speaks Polish was a huge plus 👍🏻

The Golden Bay staff were fantastic; we were welcomed by the lovely receptionist Nikki who went above and beyond for my husband’s birthday, arranging a special room with champagne and fruit—a truly special touch. Peter, the pool attendant, was very attractive and did everything we needed, and Nicholas, the restaurant manager, was again kind and generous.
