The place was clean and welcoming, and the staff were friendly, yet I was billed twice for the same room. I’ve been trying to reach someone at the hotel with no success. Please help.

Everything was good, especially the night light in the bathroom and the friendly staff. However, the bathtub was very slippery and I slipped while showering, so they moved us to a handicap‑accessible room.
