Courtyard by Marriott Dallas Flower Mound

“Flower mound is not Manhattan but the room were still way too small.”

Nice lobby design if that matters to you, the hotel was clean, flower mound is not Manhattan, but the rooms were still way too small, at least it helped me make up my mind to not return to this location; furniture layout of king room is horrible with side placement of TV, ruins the bedtime experience, your rooms are too small, flower mound is not Manhattan, unacceptable design, will never go back there.

“Fantastic experience, beautiful facility, excellent service, and very friendly staff!”

We all had a wonderful time at the Courtyard by Marriott in Flower Mound, were exceptionally well taken care of, and the staff was fantastic! We celebrated Louise's 90th birthday there, the event was spectacular, the food was delicious (thanks Mark!), and we had a very special visit. My 89‑year‑old stepmom Edie and Louise have been friends since 1958—amazing! A special thanks to Lindsay at the front desk, who made sure our visit was perfect in every way, was very professional, and always went the extra mile to ensure we thoroughly enjoyed the trip. Thanks again!

“My wife thanked me for bringing her to this hotel.”

The staff provided superior service , from Josh at the front desk who put us in an ideal room, to Colby also at the front desk, who took me to an ATM when I needed cash on a Sunday, to the helpful young lady in the bistro who prepared our food in about 10 minutes. Bottles of milk in that “every kind of bottled drink you can imagine” closet near the registration desk

“Always a comfort and reliable place to stay.”

The location and facilities were solid, and the staff were friendly. Breakfast options outshone those at other places I've stayed, though I did notice there were shampoo and conditioner but no bar of soap.
