Kushal Palli Resorts- A unit of PearlTree Hotels & Resorts

“Stay was enjoyable, however the initial experience was horrifying which I never faced.”

The place is very spacious, neat and clean. When we arrived, we were told our reservation had been cancelled, but no proof was shown. After almost an hour of arguing and counter‑arguments, they finally gave us a room. The front desk staff were rude and dishonest.

“my stay in the Khusal Palli was excellent”

The location blew my mind; everything is perfectly planned and positioned, the Siva Temple is well placed, the resort is well lit, has CCTV cameras and a music box, and each area is specially designed like the desert, swimming pool, etc. I’d love to visit again and recommend it to family and friends. The lake needs cleaning, bushes need tidying to avoid snacks at night, and more lights should be added near the back gate and the boundary.

“Spending 13000/-for 2 person and 1 child, for 1 night stay was not worth.”

Breakfast buffet was good and room service was fast and good too. The lunch buffet didn’t justify the high rates, evening snacks at the tea stall were terrible, Tikki chat was served frozen, and the complaint wasn’t accepted politely. Staff behavior was not courteous, food rates are already high plus GST, and the 15 % room‑service fee is too much.

“Good”

The place is clean, but the service leaves something to be desired.
