The place is super cozy, everything is walked, the location is very quiet, and the people are very attentive. The only thing missing is a kettle to heat water for tea, but everything else is great.

The location is excellent, the staff is extremely attentive and respectful, and they are flexible with arrival changes; everything is clean and harmonious, and I would stay there again. Absolutely nothing was wrong, everything was perfect.

The room was comfortable, clean, and the location near Plaza Santo Domingo was good, and the staff were friendly. The parking is not part of the hotel and only offers 12 free hours; the floor is wooden and makes a lot of noise when walking through the room, which is very annoying. The room was in the La Merced neighborhood. They did not indicate the breakfast time.
