Booking was straightforward and the reception was very friendly; the explanations and WhatsApp communication were simple, and everything else was fine.

The hotel is well located for a layover from Bologna, the self‑check‑in works well, and the room is quiet enough for good sleep; however, the floor is a bit worn, the window shade is hanging, and the bathroom needs updating.

We were pleased with the easy access to the property even without staff on hand, everything ran electronically; I disliked that the parking was advertised as private but is actually a reserved, unguarded street spot, and the limited spots meant we found the last free space after dinner, though the area is generally quiet.
