The manager is friendly and accommodating. Because Courtenay is a small town, restaurants, cafés and shops are just a few meters away. The hotel was perfect as a stopover on my longer trip.

The location was nice and the accommodation was good.

The cleanliness, style and welcome were all good, though some equipment felt worn: the bathtub had peeling paint and the wallpaper was slightly damaged at times, yet the overall cleanliness remained impeccable.
