“Experiência global bastante positiva, com boas instalações, serviços de qualidade”
The location inside the resort concept is great for enjoying the hotel’s surroundings; the front beach stands out with coral, rocks, and a wide variety of fish, ideal for light snorkeling for beginners and intermediates. The facilities are generally recent, modern, and well maintained, all clean and functional. I didn’t personally see the older areas. The room was comfortable, modern, clean, and well‑climatized, making for a pleasant stay. The buffet offered a good variety of options throughout the stay. Extended restaurant hours were a big plus, providing flexibility. Daily activities were well planned with organized and regular options for guests. Massage service was excellent, especially the seaside massages with ocean sounds, which felt particularly relaxing and unique. On the downside, the beach area is quite small, limiting comfort and space during busy times. The sports area includes a volleyball court, but the surrounding space is limited, restricting additional activities. Night shows are a clear weak point; their quality is lacking and could be greatly improved. While the overall food variety is good, it’s hard to understand why local mangoes are missing, especially in a country where they are abundant, high‑quality, and affordable—this hurts the authenticity perception. A recurring issue is guests reserving loungers early (around 7 am) with towels, then not using them for hours, sometimes only showing up after lunch, which severely reduces availability for others. A suggested improvement would be to implement a control system, such as banning reservations before a certain time, removing towels before the official opening, and having staff regularly monitor and release unused chairs after a set period.
