Absolutely — here is the full review merged into one polished, elegant version while keeping your personal observations and strong praise for Rudina I have to begin with a very special mention to Rudina, whom my partner and I naturally gravitated towards throughout our stay. She is a wonderful person who genuinely lights up the entrance to La Madeleine. On a professional level, Rudina is quite clearly an asset to the hotel. The surroundings, design and infrastructure of La Madeleine are undoubtedly impressive, but every establishment carries the risk of being let down by those representing it. That is certainly not the case here. The service provided by Rudina was exemplary. Her warmth, professionalism, willingness to assist and attention to detail added enormously to our experience. So much so that my partner and I sat down during our stay to write a separate email specifically expressing just how impressed we were by her. A sincere and special thank you to you, Rudina. Rudina also arranged a sunset catamaran cruise for us, which lived up to every expectation and became one of the highlights of our trip. It is something I would highly recommend. As for La Madeleine itself, it is a stunning and aesthetically beautiful property. Prior to arrival, it is worth being aware that depending on where your taxi drops you, you may need to carry your luggage approximately 100 metres or make your way across some of Santorini’s cobbled pathways. The excitement of arriving in Oia will likely get you through the activity, but it is useful to know in advance. The property itself is also not necessarily the easiest to locate for the first time. In fairness, I did not utilise the hotel contact to request assistance until I was essentially already outside. My advice would simply be to contact La Madeleine once your taxi has dropped you off. I have every reason to believe a member of staff will happily assist with your luggage, as they did for us upon departure
