The large luxury room had a bathtub, bidet, great view, a big balcony, and plenty of storage. The solar panels on the balcony slightly blocked the view, and the towels had stains and the bedding had spots that might need replacing.

I was really pleased with how polite the staff were; they clearly understand what good service and courteous behavior mean. The room was cleaned daily and the bed was spotless. The location is great, and having a balcony was a nice bonus. Furniture in the room was arranged comfortably. The room was clean overall, but they forgot to remove hair from the carpet. The owners should seriously consider inspecting the technical condition of the premises. The equipment needs replacement and the plumbing requires repair. The hair dryer was broken and even taped shut. The electric kettle had exposed insulation near the plug, its handle fell apart into two pieces, and the lid detached completely. Using such faulty equipment could be dangerous for guests’ health and safety. The button to release water in the toilet fell into two parts, one of which was missing. The shower needed a new gasket, causing leaks outside the spray head. Towels had old stains that wouldn’t wash out, so replacing them would be wise. The bedspread was torn. The carpet had a significant amount of other people’s hair, which spread throughout the room. Walls were dirty from natural wear and had cracks, so repainting is needed. It’s unfortunate that there’s no kitchen at all.

The bed was huge and the location was great. The shower had mold, smelled like mildew, and when a neighbor smoked at night, the smoke drifted into the room.

The location is excellent, close to the center, quiet and peaceful, and the room is clean. The hotel staff are outstanding, the air conditioner and TV work well, and the beds are comfortable and long, suitable for tall people. We’ll definitely come back. Thank you. I wish there were a small café.
