“We left and we were told we would be refunded and now you won’t”

Nothing good; everything was filthy and totally disgusting.

“Great location, nice large room, but the facility is in need of upkeep and remodeling.”

The location suited our needs, yet the property didn't match the ad we booked; it's an older building that really needs an upgrade and modernization.

“The location to the college was good. I would not stay here again.”

The location was fine, but the cleaning products were so overpowering that it was hard to stay in the room.

I loved the space of the rooms, but I wish the one‑bedroom had a door for better privacy.

“Would not have booked this property if I had known of the condition it is in”

Convenient to the highway, good breakfast, and helpful staff; however, the property needs renovation— the bathroom was subpar with a broken shower head, a half‑off mounting on the shower rod, dirty silicone around the tub and grout, stained carpet in the living area, dirty utensils in the kitchenette, and the outside was unkempt with weeds and a sidewalk covered in fallen leaves.
