The upgraded room wasn't bad—it had a bathtub and kitchen utensils, the hotel was very close to the airport, and there was a shop and a cafe inside, creating a communal living vibe with a touch of luxury (bathtub); it was odd but not bad. However, the room I originally booked was dirty, with foot marks on the floor and in the bathtub area; I told the staff and they offered a different room, which was better but still poorly prepared—dusty, no tissues, nothing taken care of. Normally, when you change rooms because of a hotel mistake, they would set up the new room before you enter, ensure amenities, turn on the AC, etc. The TV and fridge were not plugged in and dust covered everything. I wouldn't complain if it were cheap, but this was ₱ 2,911.20 per night!!! I would have chosen another luxury place at the same price had I known this place would be unprofessional. But oh well.

It was quite large, but the Wi‑Fi was horrible, there was no working TV, and the location was inconvenient.
