Communication with the property was perfect and very kind, and the room itself was large enough with a nice sized bathroom. The noise from other guests cannot be ignored; when someone from another room goes to the toilet (located in the hallway) during the night or uses a hair dryer at 1 AM, you have no choice but to endure the noise.

The place is in a quiet spot and the room is fairly large. A full kitchen is available, which I liked. A big supermarket is just around the corner. The shower cabin has a lot of mould and I wish they had shower gel. The Wi‑Fi connection was bad.

The location was excellent. Everything else was perfect, except the bathroom outside the room felt a little inconvenient.

The location was good, just a 15‑minute walk to Pisa or the station. The kitchen was clean and well equipped, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was a bit grubby and could use a thorough cleaning. The room had an external bathroom, which was fine, but you had to carry the key from your bedroom door each time to unlock and lock the bathroom door, and it wasn’t the easiest lock; an internal sliding lock would be better. The room looked a bit tired, with fancy wallpaper on one wall that matched the photos, but the rest of the room was a bit tired and had damp patches on one wall. Only 2 small sachets of shower gel were provided, which wasn’t enough. There was no shampoo or conditioner, no curtains in the room, and the window looked out onto a car park, so when the shutters were open people could see you.

Everything was okay, the location had great transport links and you could walk to anywhere in a relatively short time. The kitchen was equipped with all the appliances that work well. The bathroom door couldn’t lock from the outside properly, so we gave up on that, and others used it and entered our bathroom. The bed for one person was uncomfortable because two boards that hold the mattress were broken.
