Great value for money. The room was huge with amazing views, and I’d return. The property could use a little upkeep and a few room upgrades—like a bin, hairdryer, iron, and a tea option.

The view was great, but there were no heaters or aircons.

The location was fine. The stove was not working so three families had to share a 2 plate electric stove top. We had no hot water in the bathroom and had to was in cold water with the air temperature of 1 degree. The living area was very cold with no heating facilities. It was warmer outside than inside

The staff were excellent—very respectful and kind, especially the men staff, and Qhawe and the other dedicated guys were hands‑off. However, there was no TV in the room, the kitchen was very far, and the Wi‑Fi was absent in the room and weak because it was far.

The location and staff service were good, but the house was very old and had no heating, making it uncomfortable on cold days like the ones we faced, and maintenance was lacking.
