“Efficient and caring staff”

The staff were friendly and helpful, the surroundings were quiet, and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. The room itself felt dim and windowless, which made ventilation and enjoying the outside scenery difficult.

I had a disappointing experience at this hotel due to several issues. The water heater was broken, and the staff seemed arrogant. Additionally, the plug was short, and the air conditioning wasn't cooling properly. Unfortunately, these problems detracted from my stay and made it less enjoyable.
