I met friendly staff and a 24‑hour convenience store downstairs, but the room I booked didn’t match the description on the site; I had to pay extra to get the AirCon room. The bed was hard and the pillow was poor, so my neck hurt, and the bathroom was outside the room.

At least there was hot water for the bath, but the app’s description was a big scam: it promised a twin bed, private bath, and free late check‑out, none of which were true. The room was filthy, with leftover potato chips from a previous guest and stains on the mirror and bed.

Personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam, maar de kamer was totaal niet schoon. Haren op de grond, op en in het bed en grote vieze vlekken in het linnengoed. De badkamer is ook oud en vies.
