Breakfast was good, the room was large and clean. The person who checked me in was rude and very short with me. The room next to us had the TV volume up so loud, and when I asked someone to turn it down the staff did nothing.

The location was great, only a 10‑15 minute drive into downtown Grand Rapids. The beds were too firm for our liking.

The room was set up in a unique way that made it feel both large and small at the same time, and the location suited our plans. We had no hot water in our shower, and after a whole day outside getting sweaty and dusty we really wanted a hot shower, but it was only lukewarm at best.

The place is pretty nice to stay at, and the room was great—everything was clean and the facilities were also nice. The only problem was that the TV remote kept misbehaving.

The location is fantastic: close to downtown yet far enough to avoid congestion, with department stores, restaurants, and easy freeway access nearby. The staff were all friendly and helpful, and we stayed in a suite that had a full‑size fridge, a small stove top, dishes, pots, and pans. I’d definitely book again for a longer stay.
