The mattress and sheets seemed fairly new, and there were no bed bugs; I didn't expect much from a budget option, yet I was still very disappointed. The room was cold, damp, and moldy, the floor was filthy, with dirt and dust behind the bed as if it hadn't been cleaned in years. The bathroom sink had stains everywhere, and an old shower curtain was taped to the side with duct tape. The toilet leaked fresh water onto the floor, and I even found a large black beetle and a silverfish. Noise insulation was almost nonexistent, and a pseudo‑kitchen in the hallway emitted odors into the room, making the stay a challenge throughout.

The location is quiet, the place is clean, and the hosts are pleasant. The pillow was uncomfortable and the shared refrigerator was an issue.

The accommodation is relatively inexpensive and served as a good base for traveling to Hradec Kralove, though it is a long walk to the bus station. The rooms are nice but the soundproofing is almost nonexistent.
